Remember the pic of my storyboard I showed you in the creativity post last week? This slidecast is the eventual evolution of that storyboard. Does it look similar?

Excellent work, Jay. Obviously a lot of preparation went into that, but the execution was brilliant.

I wonder -- You say you were in radio advertising before. Is that where you honed your speaking/voice skills? Or did you come by them through another means?

Thanks, Cam! I guess the voice/radio thing was just a good match. And besides with my hair, I had the perfect head for radio and TV was not an option!

Jay, really got value from your "writing customer stories" presentation.

I especially like your observation that the marketplace represents the intersection of two stories - your story and that of your customer.

THAT is the moment of truth for any business, when two stories meet for the first time.

I also like learning about your personal journey to where you are today.

Thanks for stirring things up!

Keep creating...a story worth repeating,
Mike
